Recap: Imperial-LMS Drug Discovery Hub Launch Event at White City Campus

The launch event for the Imperial-LMS Drug Discovery Hub was held at the vibrant White City Campus on July 18th. With over 80 guests from academia and the biotech industry in attendance, the event marked a significant milestone in our journey towards accelerating and supporting translational research.

Showcasing Our Vision and Building the Future Together

The event featured insightful presentations on the Hub's vision to increase accessibility to high-throughput screening and thereby accelerate translational research for the Imperial-LMS research community and beyond through collaboration. Our screening capabilities, were highlighted alongside successful past screens conducted with various partners. These examples showcased the impact of collaborative efforts in advancing translational research in different disease areas, such as antimicrobial resistance, oncology, and more.

The atmosphere at the event was energetic and promising, with many new collaborations being initiated. The dialogue between academia and biotech professionals emphasized the value of shared expertise and resources in overcoming common challenges.
